Order Tracking

Split Shipments
To reduce overall delivery time, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost.
Each shipment will include its own tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Stonevara uses prepaid-duty shipping methods whenever available.
For most major destinations, no additional import fees are required at delivery.

Items Containing Batteries
Due to international shipping regulations:
Items containing batteries cannot be shipped by air.
If Express Shipping is selected for battery-containing items, we will automatically:

Refund the Express Shipping fee within 3–5 business days
