All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes order verification, material inspection, and secure packaging.

Please note:

Custom, bulk, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Any extended processing time will be clearly stated on the product page or confirmed by email after purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times below apply after order processing and are estimates only.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical delays.

Stonevara does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Stonevara works with reliable international logistics partners to ensure stable and trackable delivery.

Express Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

Customers may choose Express Shipping at checkout for faster and prioritized delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.

You may track your shipment at any time using your order number.

Split Shipments

To reduce overall delivery time, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost.

Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Stonevara uses prepaid-duty shipping methods whenever available.
For most major destinations, no additional import fees are required at delivery.

Please note:

Product prices do not include local taxes or duties imposed by your country’s customs authority, if applicable.

Customs regulations vary by country, and Stonevara cannot control or guarantee customs clearance times.

Some countries may require additional recipient information (such as tax ID or personal ID) for customs clearance.

All personal information collected for customs purposes is used solely for shipping compliance.

Items Containing Batteries

Due to international shipping regulations:

Items containing batteries cannot be shipped by air.

If Express Shipping is selected for battery-containing items, we will automatically:

Ship the order using standard shipping
Refund the Express Shipping fee within 3–5 business days

Important Shipping Notes

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Stonevara is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
Carrier Delays: Severe weather, customs inspections, or logistical disruptions may extend delivery times.
Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us for assistance.
