This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed on Stonevara.
Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within this time frame.
Once the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
After this period, all sales are considered final, and customers agree to wait for the stated processing and shipping timelines.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
Returns are accepted for new and unused items only, in original condition and packaging.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
We accept exchanges within the same 7-day return window.
Important – Natural Stone Disclaimer
Stonevara products are made from natural stone, crystal, and jade materials, which may vary in color, texture, pattern, translucency, and appearance.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
We do not accept returns based solely on:

Size tolerance differences within reasonable ranges

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Return Method & Costs
Returns must be sent back by mail.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Stonevara is not responsible for lost return shipments.
A USD $4.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or resolution, please provide:

After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Address Errors & Unpaid Customs Fees
Stonevara is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Failure to provide required customs information

Unpaid local taxes, duties, or customs fees
If a package is returned for any of the reasons above:

Reshipment will be at the buyer’s expense

Reshipment fees must be paid within 10 days of notification

Unclaimed or unpaid orders may be closed without refund
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing and transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, additional time may be required for funds to appear in your account.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale and bulk orders are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.
Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and volume-based sourcing, refunds or returns are not accepted for wholesale orders except in cases of verified fulfillment errors.
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Product prices do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated.
Any taxes or fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the buyer. Stonevara is not responsible for charges incurred during international shipping or customs clearance.
